We are partnering with Predictus Search to appoint a National Operations Manager — a senior leadership role responsible for driving operational performance, building people capability, and leading sustainable growth across the national SunDoctors clinic network. The role will involve some travel but will primarily be based in Sydney.
The opportunity
- Lead day-to-day operational performance across the national SunDoctors clinic network, driving consistency, efficiency, and best-practice service delivery.
- Own clinic-level financial performance, including revenue, EBITDA and cost management, with a data-driven approach to improvement.
- Lead, coach, and develop Regional Managers and Clinic Leaders to build strong, capable leadership across all clinics.
- Drive patient experience outcomes nationally, ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience that upholds SunDoctors' reputation for clinical excellence.
- Lead operational aspects of clinic acquisitions, due diligence, and integration — onboarding new clinics into SunDoctors systems, culture, and standards.
- Partner with marketing teams to drive patient growth and optimise clinic utilisation.
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with doctors to support engagement, utilisation, and retention.
- Promote and support integration of Southern Sun Pathology services across the clinic network.
About you
- Minimum 10+ years' experience in multi-site healthcare or service operations leadership.
- Proven track record in multi-site healthcare operations, including medical workforce or clinic management.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience owning financial performance (revenue and EBITDA).
- Exceptional people leadership capability — experience building Regional Managers and frontline leaders.
- Experience in clinic growth, acquisitions, and integration activities highly regarded.
- Data-driven decision maker with strong project management skills.
- Ability to lead change and align geographically dispersed teams.
- Genuine commitment to patient outcomes and service excellence.
