​Steve has over 30 years of experience in executive recruitment and search, during which he has held executive management roles in the industry with several well-known firms. He founded Predictus Search in 2019 after several years working in Executive Search in Australia. Steve emigrated to Australia from the UK in 2015 and lives in Sydney.
